Top Class Tuition operates a web and mobile-based platform to support Students / Pupils and Tutors in locating each other in order that the latter might provide a service to the former. Top Class Tuition takes the privacy of its Users seriously and is committed to protecting it.
Upon registering with Top Class Tuition your e-mail address and username are stored in our database. In addition your full name and title, telephone number, e-mail address, location, date of birth, hourly rate and the subjects you provide are required as a minimum in order that you might complete registration within the service we provide.
In addition to this, you may opt to include in your profile information about what you seek support in, your availability, your gender, photo identification , your DBS document, QTS number, contact details, your payment details and information pertaining to the school and curriculum being followed.
Whilst registered with Top Class Tuition we may also store feedback that has been received, correspondence between Students / Pupils and Tutors, search history made on the website and payment data.
Top Class Tuition requires the information set out above in order to be able to provide services to you, and for legitimate interests. Top Class Tuition must collect and process personal information provided to us to carry out: checks to prevent fraud, network security, provision of administration and ICT services, form a contract with you, and for child protection. We carry out our identity checks to meet any legal obligation to do so.

Tutor’s’ profiles will contain their name by default along with contact details, including e-mail address and/or telephone number, in order than prospective clients are able to contact them. Upon signing up to the site, tutors agree to our terms and conditions, consenting to this information being displayed in such a way.
A Tutor’s profiles may contain personal information such as a profile photo, personal statement and feedback from Students/ Pupils.
All users’ profiles may show in external search engine results pages.

If you are a Tutor we will provide your contact data (Your full name, address, phone number and email address) to a student if you have consented to that student accessing your details, or you have scheduled a booking with them. You can remove your consent by closing an enquiry with a student at any time.
